❓ WHERE CAN I GET A TICKET?

❓ ARE MY JUNE TICKETS VALID FOR OCTOBER?
♦️ Yes, they are. Thank you for supporting us! 🙂

❓ IS THE TICKET DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL?
♦️ All tickets are e-tickets, we will e-mail them to you.
All you need to do is bring your smartphone with them on and we will scan you in via the QR code.

❓ I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY E-TICKET(S) YET!
♦️ If you got your order confirmation e-mail and reference number from us, you’re safe and secure.
The sending process for e-tickets started on Monday 18th of October in the evening.
If you still didn’t receive your ticket(s) and didn’t find them in your SPAM, please verify in the automated purchase’s confirmation e-mail the information you’ve registered when you placed your order : We regularly find typos in e-mail addresses and had to manually update some customers info.
Contact us for any ticket orders / e-tickets issues before the 29th of October 2021 23:45 (CET).
Write at contact[at]oblivion-underground[dot]com with the subject “20 Years of Oblivion – MISSING E-TICKET!”.
In your message don’t forget to give us the name and e-mail you used to purchase your ticket(s), so we can find you in the database.

❓ WHY DIDN’T YOU SEND THEM OUT STRAIGHT AWAY?
♦️ We decided not to send them out right away for a few reasons:
1. People who have an early bird or phase 2 are able to upgrade to a VIP ticket and we didn’t want to confuse things by sending two tickets out.
2. In case people lose or forget them, we would then have a big log of people asking for them to be resubmitted with the event being so far away.
3. Black market.
We don’t want tickets being hoovered up by people and resold for profit. We review all interactions carefully to be sure the tickets are going to the right places.

❓ DO I NEED TO PRINT MY E-TICKET?
♦️ No, please avoid wasting paper.
We are trying our best to be eco-friendly and make this easy for everyone, so we have invested in a solution to get rid of the waste of paper and effort on your behalf. We can scan this off your mobile device at the door. Easy.
However, IF you print the code out, it will work should you not have a phone or not want to bring it.

❓ IS THE EVENT GOING TO SELL OUT? DO I NEED TO PANIC?
♦️ Yes! All the regular tickets have been sold out.
We “pushed the walls” and managed to get a very little batch of Late Bird tickets and some tickets upgrade (from Standard to VIP or Pre-Party).
Sales (Late Bird or Upgrade) on our website will be closed on the 27th of October at 23:45 (CET).
The only safe place to buy tickets elsewhere than on our official website would be on our official event page (we check and indicate approved resellers to prevent scams) or TicketSwap.

❓ WILL THERE BE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
♦️ No. This event is sold-out.
We advise you to regularly check our event page on Facebook to try to find a ticket (we check and indicate approved resellers to prevent scams) or TicketSwap.

❓ CAN YOU PUT ME ON THE GUEST LIST?
♦️ No, there is no guest list. But if you run a minibus, contact us for incentives!
Support your scene and we will keep throwing crazy parties. 😉

❓ I CAN’T COME ANYMORE. CAN I GET MY TICKET(S) REFUNDED?
♦️ No. We are saddened to hear you will miss our incredible 20 Years Anniversary, but at this point in time the tickets aren’t refundable.
There are currently no (or barely any) travel restrictions in Europe or to enter the UK but, in any case, events or changes that are beyond our control are also not our responsibility.

❓ I CAN’T COME ANYMORE. CAN I RESELL MY TICKET(S)?
♦️ Yes. Even if we can’t be held responsible for any travel or schedule inconvenience out of our control, we understand your situation and are willing to help.
In addition to your own social networks, you can also use our FB event page to resell your tickets (we check and indicate approved resellers to prevent scams + reassure potential buyers).

Once you find a buyer, you can contact us via a private message on our FB page or an e-mail at contact[at]oblivion-underground[dot]com with your and their details to edit the ticket(s).
We would need your name, e-mail and date of purchase (to find you in the database) + the buyer’s name and e-mail (to make the ticket(s) officially theirs).
Please be careful when buying tickets from people online. Unfortunately scammers do operate on Facebook. Contact us if you are unsure and before sending money to anyone.

////// COVID-19 //////


❓ DO I HAVE TO SHOW A NEGATIVE TEST TO ENTER THIS EVENT?
♦️ Yes, we would like to make sure it is safe for everyone to attend our event and to avoid any risk of becoming a new cluster of infections.
All attendees, including artists, crew, as well as ravers, will have to provide evidence that they are COVID free in the form of official NHS communications only.

Do your tests (order free tests here) and upload the results via the NHS website (submit your result here).
You do not need to use their app if you don’t want to.

All test results must be dated no earlier than the day prior to the event starting.

If you have recently recovered from COVID but still at the stage whereby the lateral flow tests maybe giving false positive results, bring evidence (again official NHS comms only) of the date your isolation ended. As long as that is within 8 weeks of the event starting, you’ll be allowed in.

Please also bring your I.D. showing your name and date of birth, as linked to your NHS communications.

Your vaccination status is irrelevant and none of our business. We only care about your current ability to infect others.

We will not be accepting photos of test results or the physical test being brought to the venue. Nor we will be allowing people to do the tests once they arrive at the venue. It only takes a few mins to do the test (which is free), upload the results and get a text message back from the NHS. No exceptions!

We do not care who you are or who you know at the event : The safety of our artists, staff and fellow ravers is the most important thing to us.
Do your part, be responsible and that way we can all continue to rave with the risks to our collective health kept to a sensible minimum.

NOTE : Fully vaccinated people for more than 2 weeks are exempt from this measure.
They will have to show proof of their vaccination status instead of the negative test (official EU Digital COVID Certificate or NHS certification.

❓ DO I HAVE TO BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR THIS EVENT?
♦️ No, it’s not mandatory.

❓ DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK FOR THIS PARTY?
♦️ No, it’s not mandatory.

❓ DO I NEED THE OFFICIAL TRACKING APP TO GET IN (NHS COVID PASS)?
♦️ No, it’s not mandatory.

❓ WILL THERE BE ANY PREVENTIVE MEASURES TAKEN TO REDUCE INFECTIONS RISKS?
♦️ Yes. Apart from the requested negative test at the entrance (except for fully vaccinated people), the venue will be extra ventilated, there will be soap at all time in the toilets, some antibacterial gel in few areas of the venue and we will have a little stock of masks (left at our merchandising stand).

❓ DO I NEED TO GET TESTED AFTER THIS PARTY?
♦️ No. Although, if you declare any worrying symptoms (see here or here), even mild, we advise you to get a PCR test and self-isolate at home, without any visitors, until you get your test result (only leave your home to have a test).

❓ DO I NEED TO REPORT IT IF I GET SICK AFTER THIS PARTY?
♦️ Yes, please. Contact us as soon as possible and we will report a COVID-19 case at our event to all our attendees, while keeping your complete anonymity.
Better to warn everyone and avoid any spread or bad cases!

❓ WHAT DO I NEED TO TRAVEL TO THE UK / ENGLAND?
♦️ If you just come for the weekend, most of you will only need their passport (no visa) + their passenger locator form.

– If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen :
You will need a valid passport to travel to the UK.
From 1 October 2021 you will not be able to use an EUEEA or Swiss national ID card to enter the UK.
EUEEA and Swiss citizens can travel to the UK for holidays or short trips without needing a visa.
– If you’re from a non-EEA country :
Your passport (and visa if you have one) will be checked at border control.

– Passenger locator form for everyone :
You must complete your passenger locator form online before you arrive in the UK. You must complete the form even if you are only transiting through the UK.
You can submit the form any time in the 48 hours before you arrive in the UK. It’s free to submit the form.
You’ll need to show your form when you check in to travel or board your plane, train or ferry to the UK.

– COVID test(s) :
If you qualify as fully vaccinated, you will not need to take a pre-departure test.
Only a cheap lateral flow test on day 2 of arrival in the UK (more info below).

From 24 October 2021, fully vaccinated passengers and most under 18s arriving in England from countries not on the red list can take a lateral flow test on or before day 2 of their arrival into the UK, rather than PCR tests – cutting the cost of tests. These can be booked from 22 October.

Eligible travellers will be able to order cheaper lateral flow tests from private testing providers as an alternative to a PCR, offering faster results. The list of approved private providers will go live on GOV.UK on 22 October.

From Monday 4th October 2021, the rules for international travel to England will change from the red, amber, green traffic light system to a single red list of countries and simplified travel measures for arrivals from the rest of the world. The rules for travel from countries and territories not on the red list will depend on your vaccination status.
Most EU countries are currently out of the red list. You can check the updates here.

If you qualify as fully vaccinated
YOU WILL HAVE TO :
– Before you arrive in England, complete your passenger locator form (any time in the 48 hours before your arrival).
– Before you arrive in England, book and pay for a day 2 lateral flow COVID-19 test (cheaper than PCR tests, to be taken after arrival)
– Take your COVID-19 test on or before day 2, after you arrive in England
YOU WILL NOT NEED TO :
– Take a pre-departure test
– Take a day 8 COVID-19 test
– Quarantine at home or in the place you are staying for 10 days after you arrive in England

♦️ The Brickhouse Social NWS/Kable, an amazing venue in Manchester city center combining a superb club, a restaurant, multiple bar areas and even a rooftop.
It’s located at the 11-13 New Wakefield Street, M1 5NP – Manchester (UK)

❓ WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER THE VENUE?
– To be over 18 years old and a valid ID to prove it (UK residence card, driving license, passport, etc),
– To have a negative COVID-19 test dated no earlier than the day prior to the event starting or an official valid proof of full vaccination,
– Your event ticket(s),
– To be able to stand on your feet on your own. 😉

❓ WHAT ARE THE EVENT TIMES?
– Pre-party : 18:00 – 20:00
– Party : 20:00 – 06:00
– Last entries : 02:00 (AM).
– That weekend we will turn our clocks back for Winter Time, so we will get one more hour to party!

♦️ As we write those lines, barely! All the regular tickets have been sold out and – after negotiating with the venue – we just managed to drop a new very limited number of last tickets… So yeh, move your ass NOW to get yours! 🙂

❓ WHAT ABOUT HALLOWEEN?
♦️ We encourage each and everyone of you to dress up!
There will be a little informal contest during the night and we will offer few surprise prizes to the best, craziest and funniest costumes.
We don’t want to set a theme, so you can really go wild and “do your thing” if you feel like it.
There will also be a bit of decoration of course, with a photo booth set for you to take nice pics with your mates and make cool memories.

❓ WILL YOU SELL SOME MERCH’?
♦️ Yes, it’s planned that we will have a merch area from 20:00 to 02:00, with few limited edition items, like posters and a t-shirt, whose exclusive KaMart design you can discover here.

❓ WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
♦️ Yes, the venue has its own bar and restaurant area above the club.
They have great food and drinks at an affordable price.

❓ IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
♦️ No. We encourage you to dress up but won’t set any Halloween theme!

❓ WILL THERE BE LOCKERS OR A CLOAKROOM?
♦️ No lockers, but a cloakroom service will be available from 20:00 until 06:00 for £2 per hanger.
NOTE : Once you collect your belongings from the cloakroom, you can’t put them back, or you will have to pay again for the service.
The reason behind this decision is that we want to discourage people from coming and going to the cloakroom all night long to get some stuff in their bags or jackets as we only have a small team dedicated to this task, and so that it doesn’t clutter up the service.

❓ IS THERE A PARKING AT OR NEAR THE VENUE?
♦️ There are few ample car parks near the venue.

❓ IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO KNOW BEFORE THE PARTY?
♦️ Stay safe and keep your friends safe.
– Irresponsible or excessive behavior will not be tolerated, you will be ejected.
– Enjoy, pull out your best smile and dance your ass off
– Respect yourself, respect others and respect our venue
– LGBTQ+ friendly
– Eat enough before going wild
– Drink water regularly
– Rave safe. Avoid mixing stuff, especially with excessive alchohol consumption alcohol
– Keep an eye on your friends
– Reach out to our Krew or the staff if there’s anything wrong / unusual / disturbing (aggressive behavior, sexual abuse, someone looking very sick or passed out, etc)
– If you feel unwell or vulnerable and can’t find your friends, you can of course also reach out to our Krew or staff to get some friendly help and security.
