❓ WHERE CAN I GET A TICKET?
❓ IS THE TICKET DIGITAL OR PHYSICAL?
♦️ All tickets are e-tickets.
You can download them from the vendor page right after your check-out and via your purchase’s confirmation e-mail.
You don’t need to print your ticket(s). All you need to do is bring your smartphone with them on and we will scan you in via the QR code.
❓ I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY E-TICKET(S) YET!
♦️ For all ticket enquiries, name changes, and to be resent your ticket, please head to the Eventix portal. There is a self service area as well as a chat live (human) chat support 09:00-17:00 7 Days a week.

❓ DO I NEED TO PRINT MY E-TICKET?
♦️ No, please avoid wasting paper.
We are trying our best to be eco-friendly and make this easy for everyone, so we have invested in a solution to get rid of the waste of paper and effort on your behalf. We can scan this off your mobile device at the door. Easy.
However, IF you print the code out, it will work should you not have a phone or not want to bring it.
❓ IS THE EVENT GOING TO SELL OUT? DO I NEED TO PANIC?
♦️ Based on the response so far, the success of our previous sold-out event “20 Years of Oblivion”, and the calibre of the line-up that we are again presenting, yes.
❓ WILL THERE BE TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
♦️ It’s highly unlikely.
❓ CAN YOU PUT ME ON THE GUEST LIST?
♦️ No, there is no guest list. But if you run a minibus, contact us for incentives!
Support your scene and we will keep throwing crazy parties. 😉
❓ I CAN’T COME ANYMORE. CAN I GET MY TICKET(S) REFUNDED?
♦️ We are saddened to hear you will miss our incredible Freakshow, but if you didn’t choose the “Upgrade my refund terms” option at the check-out, the tickets aren’t refundable, we suggest you post them on TicketSwap.
❓ I CAN’T COME ANYMORE. CAN I RESELL MY TICKET(S)?
♦️ Yes. You can do so easily and safely via TicketSwap.

❓ WERE WILL THIS EVENT TAKE PLACE EXACTLY?
♦️ The KABLE club, located in the Brickhouse Social NWS, an amazing venue in Manchester city center combining a superb club, a restaurant, multiple bar areas and even a rooftop.
It’s located at the 11-13 New Wakefield Street, M1 5NP – Manchester (UK).

❓ WHAT DO I NEED TO ENTER THE VENUE?
– To be over 18 years old and a valid ID to prove it (UK residence card, driving license, passport, etc),
– Your event ticket(s),
– To be able to stand on your feet on your own. 😉
❓ WHAT ARE THE EVENT TIMES?
– Pre-party : 18:00 – 20:00
– Party : 20:00 – 06:00
– Last entries : 02:00 (AM).
– That weekend we will turn our clocks back for Winter Time, so we will get one more hour to dance our ass off! This means a total of 13 hours of party!
– Timetable will be announced few days before the party. Keep an eye on our website or our social media.
❓ WHAT’S THE FULL AND FINAL MAIN PARTY LINE-UP? (20:00 – 06:00)

❓ WILL YOU SELL SOME MERCH’?
♦️ Yes. We will have a merch area from 20:00 to 02:00, with exclusive and limited edition items, like posters, t-shirts and vinyl releases.
And what better way to celebrate than chugging our very own craft beer from our friends at HARD CORE BEER?
❓ IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
♦️ No. We encourage you to dress up, but won’t set any Halloween theme!
❓ WHAT ABOUT HALLOWEEN?
♦️ We encourage each and everyone of you to dress up!
There will be a little informal contest during the night and we will offer few surprise prizes to the best, craziest and funniest costumes.
We don’t want to set a theme, so you can really go wild and “do your thing” if you feel like it.
There will also be some decoration and special performers.
❓ ANY ANIMATIONS / SHOW?
♦️ Yes. We will receive some amazing performers again for your freaky entertainment! More info TBA.
❓ WILL THERE BE FOOD AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
♦️ Yes, the venue has its own bar and restaurant area above the club.
They have great food (like freshly made pizzas) and drinks at an affordable price.
❓ WILL THERE BE LOCKERS OR A CLOAKROOM?
♦️ No lockers, but a cloakroom service will be available from 20:00 until 06:00 for £2 per hanger. We have improved the cloakroom space and location for this event.
NOTE : Once you collect your belongings from the cloakroom, you can’t put them back, or you will have to pay again for the service.
The reason behind this decision is that we want to discourage people from coming and going to the cloakroom all night long to get some stuff in their bags or jackets as we only have a small team dedicated to this task, and so that it doesn’t clutter up the service.

❓ IS THERE A PARKING AT OR NEAR THE VENUE?
♦️ There are few ample car parks near the venue and easy to find via Google Maps.
❓ IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE TO KNOW BEFORE THE PARTY?
♦️ Stay safe and keep your friends safe.
– Irresponsible or excessive behavior will not be tolerated, you will be ejected
– Enjoy, pull out your best smile and dance your ass off
– Respect yourself, respect others and respect our venue
– LGBTQ+ friendly
– Eat enough before going wild
– Drink water regularly
– Rave safe. Avoid mixing stuff, especially with excessive alcohol consumption
– Keep an eye on your friends
– Reach out to our Krew or the staff if there’s anything wrong / unusual / disturbing (aggressive behavior, sexual abuse, someone looking very sick or passed out, etc)
– If you feel unwell or vulnerable and can’t find your friends, you can of course also reach out to our Krew or staff to get some friendly help and security.
❓ WHAT DO I NEED TO TRAVEL TO THE UK / ENGLAND?
♦️ If you just come for the weekend, most of you will only need their passport (no visa)
– If you’re an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen :
You will need a valid passport to travel to the UK.
From 1 October 2021 you will not be able to use an EU, EEA or Swiss national ID card to enter the UK.
EU, EEA and Swiss citizens can travel to the UK for holidays or short trips without needing a visa.
– If you’re from a non-EEA country :
Your passport (and visa if you have one) will be checked at border control.

Not required to enter the UK
❓ DO I HAVE TO SHOW A NEGATIVE TEST TO ENTER THIS EVENT?
♦️ No. But if you have any serious symptoms, we trust you to be responsible and make the right decision.
❓ DO I HAVE TO BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR THIS EVENT?
♦️ No, it’s not mandatory.
❓ DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK FOR THIS PARTY?
♦️ No, it’s not mandatory.
❓ DO I NEED THE OFFICIAL TRACKING APP TO GET IN (NHS COVID PASS)?
♦️ No, it’s not mandatory.
❓ DO I NEED TO GET TESTED AFTER THIS PARTY?
♦️ No. Although, if you declare any worrying symptoms (see here or here), even mild, we advise you be responsible to get a PCR test and self-isolate at home, without any visitors, until you get your test result (only leave your home to have a test).
